Responsible Alcohol Use

As a spirits retailer, we take our legal and social responsibilities seriously. In Germany, the sale of spirits and beverages containing spirits is permitted only to persons aged 18 and older, in accordance with Section 9 of the Youth Protection Act. This regulation is designed to protect young people from the health and social risks associated with premature or uncontrolled alcohol consumption.

Our Commitment

• We sell high-proof spirits and mixed drinks containing spirits exclusively to customers who have reached the age of 18.
• Our advertising and communications are aimed solely at an adult audience and avoid content that might appeal to minors or trivialize alcohol consumption.

Responsible Consumption

Alcohol is a product to be enjoyed in moderation. We encourage our customers to handle our products consciously and responsibly:

• Enjoy our products in moderation and never to excess.
• Do not consume alcohol if you are driving, pregnant, or taking medication that is incompatible with alcohol.
• Ensure that alcohol is never used as a means to cope with stress or problems.
